- Providing relevant projections including annual contribution levels, tax deferrals, and the portion of contributions/benefits going to owners or other key personnel;
- Coordinating with all parties to ensure the setup and maintenance of the plan(s) run smoothly.
Investment Policy and Asset Allocation
- Establishing specific investment objectives, restrictions, guidelines, and procedures for managing and monitoring the retirement plan;
- Providing risk management and valuation analysis to help you establish an appropriate asset allocation, the most important part of the investment process;
- Synthesizing the above into a formal, written investment and retirement plan roadmap - the Investment Policy Statement.
Investment Management1
- Analyzing and selecting the securities and funds to be used for investment;
- Constructing the investment portfolio;
- Monitoring individual investments, asset class valuations and risk factors, and making appropriate portfolio adjustments when warranted;
- Rebalancing periodically or when market changes dictate;
